MudiaCaters LLC operates as a wellness-driven brand offering:

  • Apparel & Merchandise – sold through a print-on-demand partner (Printful).

  • Digital Products – including downloadable recipes, guides, journals, coloring books, and educational resources.

  • Workshops & Programs – both virtual and in-person, focused on wellness, food education, and community health.

  • General Website Access – including blog content, media, and informational resources.

2. Online Store (Apparel & Merchandise)

  • All products are made-to-order via Printful.

  • Order Processing: Orders cannot be canceled or modified after 12 hours of purchase.

  • Shipping: Production takes 2–7 business days; delivery depends on location. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

  • Returns & Refunds: We do not accept returns or exchanges for preference or size errors. Defective, damaged, or misprinted items will be replaced at no extra cost if reported within 14 days of delivery.

  • Product Variations: Slight differences in color or sizing may occur due to the printing process or screen display settings.

3. Digital Products

  • All digital products (e.g., e-books, PDFs, coloring books, journals) are delivered electronically via email or download link.

  • Purchases of digital products are non-refundable once delivery is confirmed.

  • Customers are granted a non-transferable, personal-use license. Reselling, sharing, or redistributing our digital products is strictly prohibited.

4. Workshops & Programs

  • Registration is required for participation in events, workshops, or programs.

  • Payments must be made in full before attendance is confirmed.

  • Refunds for workshops/programs are only available if requested within 7 days before the event start date. No refunds will be issued after participation has begun.

  • MudiaCaters reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops/programs. If canceled, full refunds will be provided.

5. Website Use & Content

  • Unless otherwise stated, MudiaCaters LLC owns all intellectual property rights for website content, designs, logos, and materials.

  • You may access our site for personal use but may not:

    • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content and material from MudiaCaters
