Shipping & Return Policy

All items are made to order. Once an order is placed, it immediately goes into production and cannot be canceled or changed after 12 hours.
Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before checkout.

Production time is typically 2–7 business days.
Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after production.
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Because our apparel is made-to-order just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
Digital products (including downloads, e-books, and printable materials) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Workshop deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.
We encourage all customers to review our product details and event information carefully before placing an order.

We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right.

Please contact us at orders@mudiacaters.org within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll work with Printful to issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Refunds are only offered if a replacement is not possible for a damaged or defective item.
Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
We do not provide refunds for shipping delays outside of our control (postal service, customs, or natural events).

Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings and lighting.
Please note that apparel sizing may vary slightly by up to 1 inch due to the production process.
